Reviews and Ratings
My experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the comfortable bed and clean areas were all pluses, I was disappointed by the lack of advertised dining options and transportation services. The outdoor pool was nice, but exploring the surrounding area without a car in scorching heat was a challenge.
During my stay at the DoubleTree in Tucson, I enjoyed the beautiful Southwestern ambiance and the lovely courtyard filled with palms and flowering plants. However, I was disappointed to find the hotel undergoing construction without any prior notice, which impacted my experience, especially regarding water availability. The room I received was decent but located too far from the main amenities, and the dining options left much to be desired.
My stay at the Doubletree Tucson Reid Park was fantastic! The hotel has a charming vibe with its remodeled 80s architecture, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I truly enjoyed the incredible cookies offered at check-in and the delightful breakfast options, though the pancakes could use some improvement. The location is convenient, providing easy access to local attractions, but the bathroom in the room was rather small. Overall, itâs a great choice for anyone visiting Tucson.
My stay at the hotel revealed a blend of both positives and negatives. While the staff provided attentive service and the room was spacious, I encountered issues with the cleanliness of the room and the overall age of the furnishings. The surrounding area also felt a bit sketchy, which made me uneasy about stepping out. On the bright side, the front desk did offer some helpful local tips, and the complimentary cookies at check-in were a nice touch.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was convenient for my needs and the atmosphere was nice, my room left a lot to be desired, especially in terms of cleanliness and noise. I appreciated the friendly service during my stay, but the dining options could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it was an average stay with some ups and downs.
